House Procedures and Requirements

Private Room Rental Charges 50-100 people

ROOM CHARGE - $300 | Room Charge covers cake cutting, room set up and clean up. It includes 3.5 hours of use.

TABLECLOTH & NAPKINS
Our facility does not come with linen. We can provide linen for additional cost.

Regular size Linen White $5.00/each piece

Regular size Color $7.00/each piece

Napkins: White $.25 each, Color $.44 each

Linen must be requested and ordered 2 weeks prior to the event.
Please discuss with the event coordinator.

Final Guest Count: A final guest count is due one week prior to the event. All parties are responsible for payment of the final count or number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Menu Selection & Prices: Menu selections must be turned in to the event coordinator two weeks prior to the scheduled event. All prices are subject to 8% meal tax and 20% service charge.

Rhode Island law prohibits any liquor be brought on to the premises for distribution such as favors.

If a bartender is requested for a private function, a $100.00 fee will be applied if liquor sales do not exceed $400.00.

Payments: Payments can be made by cash, bank check, credit card. A 2% credit card fee is added to the final bill if paying by credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Maximum cards to be used is 5.

Deposit and Cancellation Procedure: A deposit of $300 is required for all parties reserving a private event. All deposits are deducted from the final bill. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled 14 days prior to the event.

Note: These rental prices do not apply to Friday and Saturday evening. Prime days require a high minimum. Inquire with the restaurant.

Semi-Private Small Events

Parties of 20-50 people

Definition of Semi-Private: Large reservation (20-50ppl) during regular business hours.

Final Guest Count: A final guest count is due 3 days prior to the event.

These events can be reserved based on restaurant availability. Your event coordinator will assist you in creating the best life's celebration.
